The shortest day of the year sees us three going to the lake Iidesjärvi for a short walk. It's two pm and the sun is setting. Thankfully it's couple of degrees below zero and the sky is clear. We counted ca. 10 - 12 of graves and perhaps more under the moss.
Yesterday my mother's elder brother called. He had rented a small mine sweeper and called me to ask if should we go and prospect some lost treasures.
Well, to make it short, we did find something. A rusty old saw blade.
Nevertheless, it's always a pleasure to make a day's escape into forest.
